Chiropractic and Physiotherapy Services in TTDI
Start with what hurts. We assess first, then recommend suitable care for your spine, posture, movement and recovery.

Spine and joint pain
For back pain, neck pain, stiffness, posture strain and recurring joint restriction.

Weakness or poor movement control
For rehab, mobility, strength, post-injury recovery and return-to-activity planning.

Tendon, heel or selected soft tissue pain
Shockwave therapy may be suitable in selected cases after clinical screening.

Muscle tightness and trigger points
For selected cases involving muscle guarding, tightness or movement-related discomfort.

Pregnancy, children and posture concerns
For pregnancy back pain, postnatal posture, child posture checks and scoliosis screening.
How we decide the right care
Patients do not need to choose chiropractic, physiotherapy, shockwave or dry needling by guessing. A clear assessment helps us recommend the most suitable starting point.

When medical referral may be needed
Most pain is mechanical, but some symptoms should not be ignored. If your assessment suggests a condition that needs medical review, imaging or specialist care, we will advise referral instead of forcing treatment.
- Severe pain after trauma or accident
- Progressive weakness, numbness or tingling
- Loss of bladder or bowel control
- Fever with spine pain
- Unexplained weight loss
- Severe night pain or worsening symptoms
Questions patients ask before choosing care
These answers help you decide the safest starting point. The final recommendation still depends on your assessment findings.
How do I know which service I need?
The safest starting point is an assessment. At One Spine TTDI, we check your pain history, posture, spine and joint function, movement control, muscle tightness, nerve-related signs and red flags before recommending chiropractic care, physiotherapy, shockwave therapy or another option.
Is chiropractic the main service at One Spine?
Yes. One Spine is chiropractic-led, with physiotherapy and rehabilitation used as support when strength, mobility, movement control or recovery planning is needed.
When is physiotherapy recommended?
Physiotherapy may be recommended when assessment shows weakness, reduced mobility, poor movement control, post-injury limitations or a need for progressive rehabilitation. It can also support chiropractic care when both are appropriate.
When may shockwave therapy be suitable?
Shockwave therapy may be suitable for selected tendon, heel, shoulder or soft tissue-related cases after assessment. It is not suitable for everyone, and results vary depending on condition, duration, sensitivity and clinical findings.
Do I need an X-ray before treatment?
Not always. X-rays or medical imaging are usually recommended only when clinically necessary, such as after trauma, suspected structural concerns, progressive neurological signs or other red flags.
What happens during the first visit?
Your first visit focuses on understanding your symptoms, posture, movement, spine and joint function, muscle control and safety signs. The team then explains what may be contributing to your problem and recommends suitable next steps.
Not sure which service you need?
Book an assessment first. We will check your symptoms, explain what we find and recommend a suitable starting point.
